Solid teak is naturally weather-resistant and can last decades with minimal maintenance. The wood may develop a silver patina over time, or you can maintain the original color with annual sealing treatments.
The performance fabric cushions are weather-resistant with quick-dry foam, but covering them when not in use will extend their life. They're designed for outdoor use but benefit from protection during extended periods of non-use.
The warranty covers the solid teak frames and reinforced concrete firepit against manufacturing defects and structural issues. Cushions and fabric are covered separately for 2 years. Normal wear and weathering are not covered.
The modular design adapts to different spaces, but we recommend at least 12x12 feet for comfortable arrangement with walkways. The pieces can be configured in various layouts to suit your specific patio dimensions.
